Is your child crafty or just like playing with their food instead of eating it?? Than this is the competition for them. All they have to do is make a farm animal out of fruits and vegetables.
There are 4 age groups in the Fruit and Vegetable Farm Animal Competition :
> Kindergarten- Prep > Grade 1 – Grade 2 > Grade 3 – Grade 4 > Grade 5 – Grade 6

Farm Animals along with a completed entry form, (which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page), must be registered in the supper room at the Malanda Showgrounds, on Saturday 10th November, 2018, by 10.00am.
CONDITIONS of ENTRY
• All entries must be a farm animal made out of fruit and vegetables and have been home-made by a local Child between Kindergarten and Grade 6.
• Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not meet this condition.
• Entries: Maximum 2 entries per child
• Entry Fee: Free
• Where: Please deliver your farm animal/s along with completed entry form to the Farm Animal Competition Stand in the Pavilion at the Malanda Showgrounds before 10am Saturday 10th November, 2018.
• Judging: Farm animals will be judged at the Competition Stand between 10am and noon on Saturday 10 November, 2018. Judge’s decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes: Each age group winner will be announced and a prize awarded by the judge to the winners in the pavilion at the Malanda Small Farms Field Day on Saturday 10th November, 2018.
• Pick Up: Your Farm Animals need to be collected from the Competition Stand in the supper room in the Pavilion at the Malanda Showgrounds AFTER 4pm on Saturday 10th November, 2018.
